How We Do It

We’ve got your delivery covered!

It’s easy to get the look with Prickly Pineapple Boutique as we ship to all parts of the united kingdom and deliver directly to your door! We dispatch your prickly parcels Monday to Friday.

We also offer FREE local collection – Once notified we will be in contact to arrange a collection date and time.

Please note, our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays and we're closed Saturday and Sunday.

If you come to collect an item without prior arrangements we cannot guarantee that you will be able to collect your item, so please wait for confirmation before collecting to avoid a wasted journey.

We reserve the right to increase delivery charges for parcels.

Delivery rates can be found at the checkout.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

You have 14 days from the date of delivery receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund from Prickly Pineapple.co.uk. Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges. Returns for online purchases will not be accepted in our physical store.

Items must include all original tags and be in the same pristine, sellable condition that they were received. They must also be in their original packaging (garment bag for clothing, box for shoes etc).

SALE items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items must:

• Include all original tags attached

• Be unwashed, unused and unworn

• Not have make up stains/ fake tan or other marks (including sweat marks)

• Not smell of pets, washing powder, perfume etc.

• Not evidence outdoor wear

• Not be considered unhygienic to resell

Garments that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back at the expense of the customer.

WHERE DO I RETURN?

We will contact you once confirmed with the return address

Any returns received not following the above procedure, will be rejected.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the order has been received by the customer.  Any returns returned after this period will be rejected and a refund will not be processed.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Customers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please ensure proof of postage is retained.

FAULTY ITEM?

If a faulty item is received, please email us with name, order number and details of the fault, invoice details, and attach a clear photo of the fault - pricklypineapple.boutique@yahoo.com

Once we acknowledge the email,  please return the item, following the same procedure as stated in "How do I return an item".

Once received, we will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund is due, within a reasonable period of time. We will cover return costs of faulty items, of up to £3.00 per package.

Please ensure faulty items are returned separately to other items.
